LeBron to the NFL?

With only a few days until LeBron James' documentary, "More Than a Game" hits theaters, the NBA MVP has been on a worldwide media tour leading up to the start of Cavaliers training camp today. But is James' mind on another professional sport?

Last week at the Interscope Records party for the "More Than a Game" soundtrack, James told Fox411 that he has pigskin on the brain.

“I’ve been thinking about transferring to the NFL. I played a lot of football in my school days," he laughed. "I may make it happen one day – you never know!”

This comment shouldn't scare Cavs fans, as last year there was some online chatter that James might be joining the NFL as a wide receiver. In all actuality, he was just appearing in a State Farm commercial last year as a member of the Cleveland Browns.

Much like the dream sequence in the commercial, fans can only imagine what the 6'8" 250 lbs. James would be able to accomplish on the gridiron. Eric Mangini's two-headed QB monster of Brady Quinn and Derek Anderson could sure use a target like LeBron.
