Jets coach Rex Ryan appeared on CBS' "The Late Show with David Letterman" last night to promote his new book, "Play Like You Mean It" and to talk everything Jets.

Letterman and Ryan chatted about Brett Favre's "thing," the Sal Alosi sideline tripping incident, why football is better than soccer and how the Jets plan on beating the Patriots and Giants next year.
