Nelson Breaks Backboard, Face

Oregon State guard Roberto Nelson and 14 other Beaver student athletes traveled to Skopje, Macedonia this summer as part of a "Beavers without Borders" service based trip where they constructed a second story addition for a local family in need.

The scariest moment of the trip was during a pickup basketball game when the sophomore-to-be Nelson shattered a backboard and got a little bloody.
